日本データベース学会の皆様 NICTの木俵です。重複してお受け取りになられた方はご容赦下さい。＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃　第1回DBSJセミナーの開催日（10月28日）が明後日に近づいて参りました。　既に多くの方にご登録いただいておりますが、DBSJ会員の皆様の参加登録が　想定していたほど多くありませんので、再度周知させていただきます。＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃＃昨年、3回にわたって開催したDBSJセミナーは大変好評をいただきました。セミナー開催後には「データの法的な課題がよく理解できた！」「様々な課題についても引き続きセミナーを行って欲しい！」等の多くのご意見をいただいており、日本データベース学会(DBSJ)では今年度も3回にわたって DBSJセミナーをオンラインで開催することといたしました。第1回目のセミナーはオンライン授業や学会発表時におけるデータ利用の法的課題についての講演だけでなく、オンライン講義における課題やセキュリティをテーマに10月28日に開催致します。また、今年度は、コロナ禍で研究活動に影響を受けている方々を支援し、ニューノーマル時代におけるデータ利活用について広く情報提供をするために、本セミナーを【無料】と致しました。本セミナーの詳細については、下記をご確認下さい。また、参加登録は Peatixページ（https://dbsj2020-1.peatix.com）の「チケットを申し込む」からご登録下さい。 DBSJ会員の皆様の多くのご参加をお待ちしております。 ***** 2020年度　第1回DBSJセミナー ***** https://dbsj.org/events/event_info/dbsj_seminar_2020_1/ 日程：2020年10月28日(水)　13:00〜17:00 場所：オンライン開催(Zoom Webinarを予定) タイトル：コロナ時代のデータお作法　　オンライン授業や学会発表時におけるデータ利用のお作法について概要：　現在、コロナウイルス感染拡大を予防するため、オンラインによる授業や学会発表が行われています。2020年前期の授業や学会の資料作成において多くの方が著作権に気を付けて準備されてきたと思います。本セミナーでは、後期の授業が始まった今，前期を振り返り、事例に基づいて著作権対応を含めたデータ利用のお作法について議論していきます。また、今後も継続すると思われるオンライン授業・学会発表の際のセキュリティ面の問題についても議論していきます。　参加費：【無料】参加申込先：以下のPeatixページの「チケットを申し込む」からご登録下さい。 https://dbsj2020-1.peatix.com *****プログラム(13:00〜) 13:00-13:05: - DBSJセミナーのご紹介　木俵豊特命副会長　5分 13:05-14:05: - (講演1)オンライン講義・学会発表における著作権法上留意すべき事項(60分) 弁護士法人　STORIA　弁護士　柿沼太一氏(本会　理事) 概要：オンライン講義や学会発表において、教材や資料作成・授業や発表をする際、他人のコンテンツ（映像・文章・図表等）を、どこまでどのような方法で利用してよいか、著作権の問題については皆様なかなか悩みが深いところだと思います。もちろん、コロナ以前においても著作権の問題はあったわけですが、コロナ禍をきっかけに急速にオンライン講義や学会発表の機会が増加し、著作権の問題がよりクローズアップされてきた印象があります。そこで、オンラインとオフライン、リアルタイムとオンデマンド、大学の授業・学会発表・企業内部での利用は著作権法上の扱いが違うのか、どのように利用すれば著作権法上の適法利用になるのかなどについて、著作権法の基礎を簡単に説明をしたうえで、具体的事例に基づいて解説をいたします。 14:05-14:55: - (講演2)京都大学におけるオンライン授業の展開(50分) 京都大学　国際高等教育院　教授　喜多一氏概要： Covid-19 パンデミックへの対応として，京都大学も多くの大学と同様，2020 年度前期の授業をほぼ全面的なオンライン実施を余儀なくされた．LMS の機能強化や Web 会議サービスの全学導入などのインフラ整備に加え，ICT 基盤を所掌する情報環境機構と FD を所掌する高等教育研究開発推進センターが緊密に連携して，Web での情報提供，対面・オンラインでの講習実施などを進めるとともに，学部・研究科や授業科目群ごとにもオンライン授業の実施方法が探求され，なんとか前期の授業を実施することができた．学生や教員への調査から，緊急のオンライン授業の実施であり，諸課題はあるものの，オンライン化の効果も経験されている．オンライン授業の全面実施はそこでの教育活動・学習活動のデジタル化という意味で今後を考える大きな意義も持つ．本講演では，2020年度の前期のオンライン授業の実施を概観するとともに，そこで見いだされた可能性や課題について考えたい． 14:55-15:45: - (講演3)オンライン講義・学会発表におけるセキュリティ問題(50分) 立命館大学　情報理工学部　教授　上原哲太郎氏概要：新型コロナによる急激な環境変化は、各大学や学会において「急ごしらえのオンライン授業」「急ごしらえのオンライン学会」を多数生み出した。不慣れなオンライン化により、当初はセキュリティ上の問題が多く話題になった。当初問題になったのは、いわゆるZoom Bombingの問題であり、次はZoomの暗号化手法の問題、続いて一部セッションにおいて中国にある鍵サーバとの接続があった問題である。しかしこのような問題の多くは結果として深刻な事態をもたらすには至らなかった。今後はテレワーク対応のために行った各種改修がさまざまなセキュリティ上の問題を引き起こす可能性が高い。具体的には、多くの組織で取られてきた境界線防衛モデルに基づくセキュリティ対策に、オンライン授業やテレワークが風穴を開けてしまったことに起因するリスクが問題である。本講演ではオンライン講義等がもたらした状況の変化に応じて、我々にどのようなパラダイムシフトが生じたかについて俯瞰する。 15:45-15:55:休憩(10分) 15:55-17:00 - パネルディスカッション(65分) 「オンライン授業・学会発表におけるデータお作法」柿沼太一理事、　喜多一氏、　上原哲太郎氏、　喜連川優会長 2020年3月以降の学会発表、2020年前期の授業において、急遽オンライン学会・オンライン授業が実施されました。本パネルディスカッションでは、2020年前期のオンライン授業・学会発表を振り返り、Withコロナの新しい授業・学会発表の可能性について議論していきます。＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿　国立研究開発法人　情報通信研究機構　オープンイノベーション推進本部　ソーシャルイノベーションユニット長　先進的音声翻訳研究開発推進センター(ASTREC)　センター長　知能科学融合研究開発推進センター（AIS)　センター長　木俵　豊　(e-mail:kidawara@nict.go.jp) 　TEL: 0774(98)6333 FAX: 0774(98)6955
