Papers will be accepted with the understanding that at least one author registers for the conference and presents her/his paper IN PERSON at the conference. DEXA will accept submissions of both: - SHORT (up to 6 pages, for research papers only) and - FULL papers (up to 15 pages), including references and appendixes. DEXA reserves the right to accept as short papers those papers (originally submitted as full) that represent innovative ideas but that still need further development (this decision will be based on reviews). Any submission that exceeds the allowed length or deviates from formatting requirements will be desk rejected. Authors should consult Springer's authors' instructions at: https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-gu… and use the proceedings templates. Notice that LATEX is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. REVIEW PROCESS ==================================================== Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity. Duplicate submissions are not allowed and will be desk rejected. Authors are expected to agree on the following terms: "I understand that the submission must not overlap substantially with any other paper that I am a co-author of or that is currently submitted elsewhere. Furthermore, previously published papers with any overlap are cited prominently in this submission."
