We are sending you an invitation for the Thirty-Seventh International Conference on Industrial, Engineering & Other Applications of Applied Intelligent Systems (IEA/AIE-2024) on July 10-12, 2024, https://ieaaie2024.com/. We are looking forward to receiving the submission of your research papers and seeing you at the IEA/AIE-2024 conference in the wonderful city of Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, and request that you submit a research paper to the conference. A copy of the call for papers is at the end of the email. We hope you will be able to participate. Whether you are new to IEA/AIE, or you are one of our conference veterans, please come and join us for another exciting conference on applications of Applied Intelligent Systems while enjoying the summer beauty in the Czech Republic.

Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, is a beautiful city with a rich culture that seamlessly blends history and modernity. With its picturesque architecture and well-preserved medieval heritage, one can explore the cobbled streets of the city center and visit famous landmarks such as Klicpera's Theatre, the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, or the White Tower.

Hradec Králové is also renowned for its music, as shown by the fact that for the past 20 years, Hradec Králové has been the host city for Hip Hop Kemp, the largest hip-hop festival in the region. In addition to that, the city is also home to the prominent Hradec Králové Philharmonic Orchestra.

Here are some of the great benefits in store for conference participants:

• A “Best Paper Award” and a “Best Student Paper Award” will be given at the conference respectively to the authors of each best paper, as judged by the Best Paper Award Selection Committee.

• The conference proceedings will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNCS/LNAI) series. A paper will be accepted either as a long or as a short paper. Long papers will be allocated 12 pages while short papers will be allocated 6 pages in the proceedings.

• Your paper could potentially be selected for publication in the special issue of the International Journal of Applied Intelligence.

• Authors of accepted papers will be allocated time for an oral presentation at the conference and will have the opportunity to present their work in a poster session. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to attend the conference to present the work. Authors must agree to this requirement prior to submitting their paper for review.

Remember, everyone is welcome, so let your friends and colleagues know about this exciting event and the opportunities it will provide.

For further details on how to participate, see our conference ‘Call for Papers’, provided below and browse the conference website https://www.ieaaie2024.com/. We will be looking forward to the submission of your papers to IEA/AIE-2024 and will highly appreciate your dissemination of this information to your friends and colleagues.

Sincerely,
Moonis Ali

IEA/AIE-2024 CALL FOR PAPERS

Sponsored by : International Society of Applied Intelligence (ISAI)

Conference Website : https://www.ieaaie2024.com/.

In Cooperation with: ACM Special Interest Group on Artificial Intelligence (ACM SIGAI) / Catalan Association for Artificial Intelligence (ACIA) / China Computer Federation (CCF) / International Society of Applied Intelligence (ISAI) / Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence (AIxIA) / Iwate Prefectural University, Japan / Japanese Society for Artificial Intelligence (JSAI) / Society for the Study of Artificial Intelligence and the Simulation of Behavior (AISB) / Spanish Society for Artificial Intelligence (AEPIA) / Taiwanese Association for Artificial Intelligence (TAAI) / Taiwanese Association for Consumer Electronics (TASE) / Texas State University, USA / University of Hradec Kralove (UHK) / University Tekonologi Malaysia (UTM)

Scope: IEA/AIE 2024 continues the tradition of emphasizing on applications of applied intelligent systems to solve real-life problems in all areas including engineering, science, industry, automation & robotics, business & finance, medicine and biomedicine, bioinformatics, cyberspace, and human-machine interactions

Invitation: Authors are invited to submit their papers in English of up to 12 single spaced pages including references, and presenting the results of original research or innovative practical applications relevant to the conference. Practical experiences with state-of-the-art AI methodologies are also acceptable when they reflect lessons of unique value to the conference attendees. Shorter works, up to 6 pages may be submitted as short papers representing work in progress or suggesting possible research directions.

Paper Submissions: Submitted papers must be formatted using the Springer LNCS/LNAI style and will be submitted electronically using the conference website. The use of the LaTeX2e style file available from Springer is required. Papers submitted to IEA/AIE 2024 must not have already been published, or accepted for publication, or be under review for a journal or another conference.
