We are interested in visionary, experimental, systems-related and work in-progress papers on the current state of research in Computing, Management and Telecommunications and related issues. **Important Dates** Submission of full papers: December 31, 2013 (extended) Notification of acceptance: January 15, 2014 Camera ready papers and registration: January 31, 2014 Main Conference: April 27-29, 2014 **Submission Guidelines** Submitted papers must represent original material that is not currently under review in any other conference or journal, and has not been previously published.
